Myrna is a real estate leader with twenty years as top producer for Keller Williams and Century 21 Offices in Los Angeles and Orange County and twenty years prior experience as Senior Accountant for a major international engineering consulting firm. Myrna is adept at building and training cohesive sales teams that excel at client development, profiling, customer service and negotiation skills. Myrna is also skilled at creating innovative marketing strategies through branding, research and education that generate consistent growth. Myrna's expertise and specialized knowledge in Real Estate Owned (REO) and short sale transactions stems from her experience in Southern California real estate market from 1991 to 1997. Fluent in Tagalog and active in the Filipino Community and non-profit organizations, her passion to educate and provide excellent service in real estate is displayed through her team, The Myriad Group.
PHILIP RYAN FLORIDA
Broker / Director of REO Operations and Asset Solutions
Philip is California Real Estate Licensee since 2004 and a Graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Development and International Business and minor in Urban Policy and Planning.
He is responsible for overlooking all REO (Real Estate Owned) related transactions from the assignment of the property to close of escrow. Philip effectively communicates between the team and the asset managers to ensure all requested procedures are completed in a timely manner. Philip brings strategic tactical and divergent solutions to the forefront. He evaluates work flow and provides tangible solutions to the company's core operations through accountability of his management team. Philip develops, implements and improves systems for efficient streamlining and quality service, thus improving the skills and talents of team's workforce. He serves as the main point of contact with all Asset Managers and Closing Officers.
REO Listing Manager / Transaction Coordinator
Arlene is a California Real Estate Licensee and has a Bachelor's Degree and background in Accounting. Arlene joined The Myriad Group in October 2005 as an Assistant Transaction Coordinator. Soon after, Arlene received her real estate license in February 2006 she quickly climbed the ladder to gain the position of Lead Transaction Coordinator. Arlene now serves as our REO Listing Manager.
Arlene is responsible for providing service to all clients from listing contract up until the home or listing goes into contract. She is also responsible for a smooth transition of client files and contracts to Transaction Coordinator to ensure fiduciary service continues. She produces listing materials, coordinating and scheduling launch of marketig campaign with our business development coordinator and obtains all monthly status reports from agents assigned to manage listing. She updates leadership team with status and works closesly with our Director of Operations on all contracts and informs him when he needs to get involved in negotiations or problem resolution. Arlend is a great asset to our team and clients by serving as a liaison between our clients and team members.
CHRISTINE JOY FLORIDA
REO Accounting Manager
Christine is a California Real Estate Licensee and manages the office and finances of Myrna Florida and The Myriad Group. Christine oversees all the company's financial transactions and accounting for all REO clients.
Christine's duties include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory control, budgets and salaries, assuring the collection of commissions and generating financial reports. She coordinates the purchase, installation and maintenance of all office equipment. She serves as the first point of contact with servicers and utility companies. She coordinates with Listing Manager for updates on properties to budget potential expenses and projects and finalizes all expenses with Transaction Coordinator before close of escrow to submit final billing to client.
Business Development Consultant / Real Estate Specialist
Liza is a California Real Esate Licensee since 1998. She has been with The Myriad Group since 2003 and serves as a Business Development Consultant, Certified Short Sale and Pre-Foreclosure Specialist for the team.
She is responsible for developing strategies to create client accounts with mortgage lenders to assist in the sales of their specialized assets. She implements business strategies through marketing campaign and partnerships with real estate vendors and affiliates. She also serves as one of the teams Certified Short Sale and Pre-Foreclosure Specialist, where she is negotiates the sale of a property with the mortgage lender on the sellers behalf. Her other responsibilities include providing fiduciary service to all Seller clients until contract and a seamless transition to our Transaction Coordinator. She creates, produces and updates listing materials and other team marketing materials. She updates all team members with progress of client contracts and shares or escalates any important issues with other executive team members for consulting and problem resolution. She provides additional backup support to all team members and shares in completing all tasks in order to close escrow.
